Case Management
We partner with several organizations including The City of Tempe Homeless Outreach Program Effort (HOPE), Keogh Health Foundation and Southwest Behavioral Health Services to meet with our guests and help them obtain needed services. We also have two staff members (one from Americorps, Public Allies) available at our programs to help our guests with specific needs.
