Home at Last
The overarching goal for the Urban Outreach - Home At Last (HAL) program is to empower program participants in the Tempe Permanent Supporting Housing program to: maintain stable residency in the community, to maximize their capacity for independent living and to promote their development of support systems.
We will achieve this goal through education, support, and holistic activities that lead to, safe, healthy and stable living and housing for the once chronically homeless participants we serve.
