Tempe Project Homeless Connect (PHC)
Tempe PHC is a service provider fair for the homeless people fo Tempe, Arizona. The goal of PHC is to help connect homeless people with vital services such as temporary shelters, medical attention, government benefits, veteran benefits as well as providing showers, haircuts, clothing, bus tickets and lunch.
